are the result of extensive research and testing to offer fly fishermen wading boots that are more comfortable to wear all day long. 30% lighter than standard wading boots in the same size, theUltralight Boots
are constructed with the latest generation of materials, offering an excellent weight-to-durability ratio. Of course, the latest manufacturing techniques have also been used to create thesewading boots
, optimizing the performance of the materials. In its pursuit of lightness and comfort, Orvis chose to incorporate a Vibram® Custom midsole made of high-density EVA foam, which provides excellent cushioning. The Vibram® outsole made of robust rubber has been specially designed by the Orvis team to offer the best possible grip on all surfaces. Different lug patterns are integrated into the sole, and there are insertion points for Orvis Posigrip tungsten cleats (ref: 113820). A small ring is located at the front of the boots to attach gaiter hooks and protect the boots from gravel getting inside. Our advice: choose one size larger than your usual street shoe size.
