Simply return it by mail (or send a scanned copy and a copy of your invoice via the contact form on the Sensas website). Then, in case of breakage, submit a claim to Pêcheur.com, indicating your Joker card number, the number of the broken section, and a photo. We will process your claim as quickly as possible.
