Following a very thorough development program and numerous tests in real-world conditions, delkim designed the "Slim Lite Indication set" bite indicator. Based on feedback directly from the field,
delkim
designed an ultra-versatile detection system. These tests demonstrated the need for an extremely versatile indicator, as each session is subject to constraints that can vary greatly depending on whether you're fishing the same body of water or not. Changing weather conditions, an unfamiliar body of water, or even inactive and wary fish... all these factors require you to adapt your approach to be able to catch carp when the fishing area seems to be "off." Whatever your style: finesse fishing enthusiast, slackline aficionado, large lake angler, or even all of the above, the "slim lite" rods adapt to every situation. Unfazed by wind strength and direction, this bite indicator detects the slightest presence that might be interested in your bait, even at long distances. Composed of an ultra-lightweight illuminated head, a carbon fiber swing arm, and the "C-slot" (a specific attachment system for additional weights), the "SlimLite" boasts numerous innovations that make all the difference. The head features two line clips, which can be broken down as follows: - The first, magnetic, is suitable for conventional to "extreme" fishing conditions. - The second (Tilt 'n Slide) is specially adapted for fishing techniques requiring high sensitivity, such as slack line fishing. The SlimLite head features a brand-new molded light system that is more powerful and consumes less energy. Perfectly replicating the LED movements of the bite alarm, the "Lite Slim" offers improved visibility of the rod when a bite is detected. Naturally, the colors used by Delkim are the same as those of their bite alarms. Another important innovation is the "C-slot system" on the head base, a screw thread that allows you to change the weight of the "Slim Lite" without having to unclip the line from the indicator. This operation takes only a few seconds, allowing for quick reactions and adaptation to changing fishing conditions. Supplied with three additional weights of 3, 5, and 10 grams, the "Slim Lite" will provide complete satisfaction in all circumstances. With such a high-performance head, it would have been a shame to limit its capabilities with an overly stiff line. The "CatFlex2" power cable is as flexible and strong as a chain. Thus, it's easy to see that the "slim lite" reacts to the slightest movement of the line. For conditions requiring a rigid bite indicator, the "slim lite" comes with the "Tilt' N' Slide SlimCarb Stabilizer." To achieve the best possible sensitivity, this system is made of carbon fiber. This material, renowned for its lightness and robustness, provides the "slim lite" with the same level of detection whether or not you choose to use this system. The "Tilt' N' Slide SlimCarb Stabilizer" allows you to fish a river or a large lake with complete confidence; its arms prevent wind and current from affecting sensitivity. Note: The "Tilt' N' Slide SlimCarb Stabilizer" is compatible with the "D-lok" system (sold separately), which means you don't have to disassemble the entire "D-lok" system. When paired with Delkim detectors, the "Slim Lite" allows you to achieve near-perfect detection in all circumstances. Technical specifications of the SlimLite Illuminating Hanger: Suitable for
