Scope rods redefine carp rod performance. From the compact 6-foot Sawn-Off to the more powerful 9 and 10-foot models, these rods offer exceptional qualities for everything you can catch in freshwater – and plenty of other marine species! Scope has revolutionized fishing for generations. Now available, following customer demand, the performance and compact size of the Scopes are combined with elegant aesthetics, including an Abbreviated handle in Japanese Shrink Duplon. To meet the needs of heavier leads, the use of PVA, the intensive use of Scopes for boat launching, and to satisfy our European friends who sometimes fish untouched and extreme waters, the Scopes Abbreviated are now available in a 3.25 lb version and a 3.5 lb S (Stepped Up Special) version. This new addition to the Scope range offers more power for better control of large carp in currents or around snags, and allows you to cast 170g and larger weights in river channels. The 9ft models fold to 112cm, the 10ft models to 127cm. The 6ft Six Foot Sawn-Off models fold to 73cm. The 3.5lb S (Stepped Up Specials) models have increased power in the butt section. Minima Tournament guides with reverse mounting on the 9 and 10ft models prevent line slap against the blank. Fuji anti-tangle tip guide and 40mm guide on the 9 and 10ft models. Genuine Fuji reel seat. Carbon line clip. Matte black thread wraps and laser-engraved butt section with isotope slot. Satin black decals.
