is to be used with all sizes of soluble bags. When used with an in-line lead, this rubber sleeve is designed to keep a soluble bag closed and prevent it from opening or tearing during the cast. To use it, simply place this sleeve on top of your in-line lead, insert the entire rig into the bag (lead included), and seal the bag by moistening the top and wrapping it around the PVA tail rubber.
