Korda's
rubber beads
are now available in an extra-large version! These Korda protective beads were developed for use with the Safezone flying backleads. The bead has a conical hole running through it. If used with the larger hole facing the rod, it will pass more easily over a leader connection knot. The smaller end can then rest against the end of the anti-tangle system and prevent the mobile backlead from slipping over it, which would prevent it from fulfilling its function during casting. Fortunately, these beads can also be used perfectly with the new leaders in the Safe Zone range if you use them for a Chod rig. You can secure the leader with these beads by placing them on the tungsten inserts, designed to hold the leader to the bottom. They are also ideal for creating a Shokka rig on one of the new Korda leaders or on an anti-tangle tube. This rig includes a free-moving inline lead and a stop bead a few centimeters further along.
